I had a flood in my basement. They responded in no time.
They were very nice and professional. They handled everything like it was their own.
I have no issues with any mold or odors and it's been over 6 months now.

1800 Water has been nothing but helpful in one of the most stressful situations I’ve had in my young adult life. They were there almost immediately after my call and got to work right away. I couldn’t believe how much work was done in such a short amount of time. Communication has been phenomenal and it has made the process so easy!

Nick and his crew were on site very quickly after we discovered a sewage backup in our basement. They took charge and handled everything for us. The damage was extensive and they were awesome to work with.

Quick to respond, very nice gentlemen came to do water cleanup. Nicely dressed and very good manors. Owner came himself and I felt very secure in the work that was performed. Would recommend to anyone and as for myself I will be using them again

Called because my basement had flooded. They came right over to look at it. Within the next hour they were back and working at removing all the water. Highly recommend
