Adam is the owner of this company out of Savannah and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an extreme leak that lead to a lot of water damage, and he came through and thoroughly inspected the extent of the damage to ensure that we wouldn’t have any mold or internal issues later. He’s honest and not out for money, but for quality work and peace of mind. He went above and beyond and actually found more damage than we initially could see, and put my mind at ease with making sure it was all completely fixed before the job was done. He’s also super timely and easy to schedule with, and keeps open lines of communication with updates the entire time, even when he’s not actively here doing the work. We had to have a dehumidifier set up over a long weekend and he kept us up to date throughout the weekend with when he would be back the following week to follow up, and what the options would be moving forward with the next steps to repair the damage. I’d recommend this company 1000x over!

Our washing machine flooded our brand new wooden floors. My husband called 1-800 Water Damage and Adam arrived in less than 30 minutes. He assessed the damage and cleaned up the water very efficiently. He also placed several fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the area to hopefully avoid having to rip up the floors. He checked in each day about the drying process and his communication was exceptional. We're so grateful for his help - he made an extremely stressful situation much easier and more manageable. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He's reliable, trustworthy, and actually cares about helping you. This kind of service is hard to find these days!

When we had a water leak that caused our kitchen to flood I called 1-800 water damage and Adam told me he would be there within an hour. He was there in 45 minutes and immediately went to work identifying the problem and what were the next steps that needed to be taken. He Traced all the areas that the water had damaged under the floors and then began removing the floors so he could then begin to dry them. He got the job done quickly and efficiently all while being friendly and polite. He followed up the next day with a call and visit to check on the drying process. After that he made sure that he would take detailed photographs and notes so that with my insurance company. Because of his thoroughness my insurance company quickly excepted the claim and began processing checks to cover everything involved. I cannot recommend his services more highly than I do. Price professionalism and service are unparalleled.
