Terrence and his team did an fantastic job. contacted and let me know when they would be arriving, arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and went to work. The team worked and effectively. They completed the removal of affected carpet and pad, brought in and positioned their equipment for drying out the basement and cleaned up the protective plastic they put down on our upstairs floors. Then Terrence provided information on what to expect next. Very professional and personable. We appreciate their focus on getting the work done without more disruption than we are already experiencing. Very pleased.
They were accommodating about last minute time change and Dave R was fabulous. He was knowledgeable about all the prices and services, helped me choose what I really needed and was careful to walk me through all the steps. He had me check each room with him before and after, so there were no surprises or unrealistic expectations! Very personable and professional. Dave is a wonderful representative of this company.
work First has excellent customer service. Gabrielle, in particular has been wonderful, responsive and helpful. Julian, Kyle and Eduardo, who did the job were super helpful in answering all my questions and did a great job with the work. They cleaned up immaculately as well.
terrifc people, arriving on time and efficient. endorse Sky and his team. Just bought a poorly maintained home with probably no air vent cleaning for the past 10 years. When the technician showed me how much mold it has accumulated inside and spreader around already, it was horrific. Luckily they told me can be cleaned and repaired. After 3 hours, the house is clean and no more mold! The technician Sky and his team are good and patient with new house owners, and they did a good job on explaining what needs to be done. Giving honest opinion and they donโt push me into buying anything. Everything comes from their suggestion on how to maintenance a healthy air flow in your house. I am impressed. Plus, it only takes $200-300 each year and one hour to clean the vents. Recommend everyone to do so. Say goodbye to mold, allergy and toxic air :)
The work was great. More importantly the work crews were awesome at what they do. step was explained and they accomplished their respective goals. I was happy with the field supervisor Emmanuel Babila who kept me informed as to scheduling.
